Raleigh, NC Area
Pay: $31-$33/hour
Alphanumeric is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join our growing team in the Raleigh, NC area. If you have a strong background in billing operations, revenue recognition, ERP systems, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:

Prepare, review, and issue accurate client invoices on time.

Verify billing information against contracts, purchase orders, and pricing agreements.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.

Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation.

Assist with month-end and year-end billing close activities.

Set up new projects and employee records within the ERP system.

Perform monthly revenue recognition activities.

Support accounts receivable processes and other finance initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related billing experience OR Associate's degree with 7+ years of related experience.

Experience with Fixed-Fee Billing and Timesheet-Based Billing (required).

Experience with revenue recognition.

Previous Billing Manager experience is a plus.

NetSuite ERP experience strongly preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
