Overview
Join our team as a Hotel Sales Associate! You’ll be an energetic and personable team member focused on driving revenue while delivering outstanding guest experiences. In this role, you will proactively sell rooms, suites, packages, and hotel services to both walk-in guests and callers, creating memorable stays and contributing to the hotel’s success.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors warmly at the front desk and throughout the hotel
- Actively promote and upsell rooms, upgrades, packages, and additional services
- Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing accurately
- Provide excellent concierge support and personalized recommendations
- Answer inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm
Skills
- Strong sales and upselling skills with a natural ability to engage guests
- Experience with hotel booking systems or POS/property management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is a plus)
- Positive, outgoing personality and genuine hospitality mindset
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
