Total Health Systems is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary physician’s office in Chesterfield, MI. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to provide one-on-one therapy in a collaborative healthcare setting.
Hourly pay based on a 40-hour workweek
Monthly Productivity Bonus
Patient Care & Treatment:
✔️ Conduct evaluations and treatments for patients
✔️ Establish and implement individualized plans of care
✔️ Provide patient education and communication to ensure optimal outcomes
✔️ Recommend additional services offered at the clinic to patients who may benefit
️ Clinic Operations & Compliance:
✔️ Utilize e-Thomas for scheduling & posting and Thomas EHR for patient documentation
✔️ Maintain accurate patient records to justify treatment and meet insurance requirements
✔️ Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations
✔️ Supervise PTA assistants as needed
✔️ Maintain professional licensure in good standing
