Position Summary:
Oversee and lead Valet Services and Parking Enforcement patrol operations at the designated healthcare property, ensuring professional, courteous, and prompt services while adhering to outlined standards. Proven experience in leading a team preferably in the Valet service industry. Salary will depend on experience.
Primary Duties:
- Hands-on Role : Manage and coordinate all guest service operations, including staffing, safety leadership, operational performance corrections, and coaching.
- Performance Improvement: Recommend measures to enhance performance, guest satisfaction, and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders within other property departments.
- Policy Maintenance: Uphold established policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, and safety standards.
- Recruitment: Assist Management with hiring employees in an effort to ensure adequate staffing to meet operational needs.
- Training and Development: Ensure ongoing training, promotions, performance reviews, evaluations, employment termination, and disciplinary measures are administered according to policy.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality, reliability, and safety through management visibility.
- Team Motivation: Encourage team members to provide exceptional service.
- Liaison Role: Communicate with the GM to prepare for peak and off-peak guest arrivals, departures, and events.
- Scheduling: Prepare schedules and compile payroll data.
- Operational Inspections: Conduct inspections and implement functional improvements.
- Complaint Resolution: Investigate complaints and communicate resolutions.
- Supply Management: Ensure timely ordering and replacement of supplies, uniforms, etc.

- Traffic Control: High ability to manage traffic flows, heavy guest check-in volumes, and valet lanes.
- Service Skills: Demonstrates exceptional service and interpersonal skills.
- Customer and Employee Interaction: Understand and respond appropriately to basic inquiries.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve problems.
Qualifications:
- Management Experience: This role requires hands-on Leadership experience in hospitality or service-based industry as a manager.
- Team Management: Proven ability to manage, train, and develop a team independently.
- Client Interaction: Extensive experience in client/guest-facing interactions.
- Professional Relationships: Proven experience building and maintaining professional working relationships in a leadership role.
- Environmental Adaptability: **Ability to work in varying weather conditions for long periods.**
- Multi-Task Operations: Proven background in managing multi-task operations.
- Policy Implementation: Ability to implement policies and procedures.
- Scheduling Experience: Experience in preparing and maintaining schedules and appropriate staffing levels.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

- Age and License: Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license meeting company guidelines, if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
