Mennonite Mission Network is hiring a Service Engagement Coordinator in the Newton, Kansas area to help recruit, engage, and support participants while connecting people with meaningful service opportunities.
In this role, you'll build relationships with congregations, schools, partners, and prospective participants, helping people discover ways to serve while creating welcoming experiences that encourage them to take the next step.
You'll collaborate with colleagues across the organization to support recruitment efforts, participant engagement, training, and programs that have a lasting impact both locally and globally.

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
Two or more years of experience in recruitment, community engagement, nonprofit programs, volunteer coordination, education, ministry, or a related field
Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse individuals and teams
Experience with training, event coordination, recruitment, or participant support preferred
Demonstrated intercultural competency and sensitivity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common workplace tech
Spanish language fluency is a plus
