Support Services of Virginia is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Virginia Beach, with a primary need for candidates available on weekends, to support individuals with developmental disabilities in both residential and community settings.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will assist individuals in achieving a balance between what is important to them and what is important for them, while supporting their goals, independence, and overall quality of life.

SSVA provides 24-hour services and is currently recruiting primarily for weekend coverage, including day, evening, and overnight shifts. Additional weekday hours may be available based on program needs and employee availability.
Virtual interviews and training are conducted through Zoom.
- Starting pay: $14.50 per hour
- Opportunity to increase to $15.00 per hour upon completion of training and medication certification requirements
