Chiropractic/ Physical Therapy/ Medical Opportunity- The Colony, TX - healthcare - job employment Chiropractic, Physical Therapy & Medical clinic (Established 2016) in The Colony, TX looking for a Chiropractic Assistant (CA) that can work hand-in-had with our doctors and medical team. Pay starts at $17/ hour with an average of 40 hours/ week and aggressive bonus structure.
Looking for energetic, bubbly, personable and highly motivated individual to help grow an established and expanding practice with lots of future growth opportunities within the company. NO CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED, but sales experience and bi-lingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Marketing and communication skills also considered. This position also requires the assistant to perform clinical examinations and digital x-rays. All clinical training will be provided.
The assistant will be trained on the management of all back office support systems, which includes clerical support, marketing support, human resources support, and operational duties; as well as special projects on as as-needed basis. They will also be responsible for answering the phones, so as to direct calls, take messages, and schedule patients. They must make copies, file vendor statements and correspondence, organize patient records, and maintain appropriate inventory levels. They must also track patient statistics, upkeep external outreach program, and update the marketing calendar monthly. They are also responsible for sending and reconciling emails to patients, vendors, and new patient prospects. Collecting money over the counter, though the mail, and electronically while logging all collections accurately is also a fundamental part of this position. Additionally, they must file patient paperwork and pull patient information (statements, health records) as needed. This position will also require training for using passive therapy equipment for patient rehabilitation.
