Job Description
Borsch House is looking for a reliable and positive Evening Shift Cook to join our growing team starting in September.
You will prepare food according to our established recipes, pack customer orders, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and help complete closing duties.
Schedule
Tuesday and Thursday: 1:00 PM–8:00 PM
Wednesday and Friday: 3:00 PM–8:00 PM
Approximately 24 hours per week
Responsibilities
Prepare food according to Borsch House recipes and standards
Portion and pack customer orders
Keep the kitchen clean and organized
Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
Restock ingredients and supplies
Complete end-of-day cleaning and closing duties
Work cooperatively with other team members
Qualifications
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Able to follow recipes and instructions carefully
Able to maintain cleanliness and food-quality standards
Restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful but not required
We are happy to train the right person
Pay
Starting pay is $15–$23 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
Pay reviews are provided after 1, 3, 6, and 12 months, based on performance, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
