Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Landscape and Hardscape Foreman to lead crews and run jobs from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in their work, sets the pace on site, and wants to grow with a company that’s growing too.
You’ll run daily operations in the field — managing your crew, keeping projects on schedule, holding quality standards, and making sure the job gets done right the first time.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a crew on landscape and hardscape installations
- Install pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and related features
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Tow and back trailers to and from job sites
- Read and follow plans, layouts, and specs
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Communicate with the office and directly with customers
- Train and develop crew members
What You Need
- Minimum 5 years of landscape and hardscape experience
- Hands-on hardscape experience — pavers, retaining walls, base prep, grading
- Equipment operation experience — skid steer, mini excavator, compactors, and similar
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Comfortable driving with a trailer
- Ability to lead a crew and hold a high standard
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
