We are seeking a highly skilled, highly professional Lead Caregiver who excels in all ADLs, communicates clearly, and can adapt to a flexible, fast paced schedule. This role is ideal for someone dependable, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional in home care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional hands on care with full competency in all ADLs, mobility support, and personal care

Maintain a high level of professionalism, reliability, and client focused service

Support care standards, communicate effectively with the team, and take initiative in the field

Work a super flexible schedule — days, evenings, weekends as needed

Complete accurate documentation and uphold agency policies
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced caregiver or CNA with strong clinical and interpersonal skills

Highly professional, dependable, and confident working independently

Comfortable supporting a variety of clients and shift types

Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions focused mindset
