We are looking for a Paralegal to join a growing boutique lemon law litigation firm in Beverly Hills, California. This position supports attorneys with active casework in a hands-on legal environment that values collaboration, strong tenure, and meaningful litigation practice. The role is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to contribute to technically focused matters while working closely with a team-oriented group of legal professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Support lemon law litigation matters from case intake through resolution by coordinating documents, deadlines, and case materials.
- Prepare written discovery responses and requests, while assisting attorneys with fact development and file analysis.
- Help draft motions, legal filings, and other litigation documents for attorney review and court submission.
- Collect, review, and organize records, correspondence, and evidence for production during discovery.
- Maintain accurate case files and update case management systems to keep litigation materials accessible and current.
- Assist with trial and hearing preparation by assembling exhibits, chronologies, and supporting documentation.
- Work across matters that may follow different procedural tracks, ensuring each case progresses according to applicable requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with attorneys and support staff to keep litigation tasks moving efficiently in a collaborative office setting.
- At least 3 years of paralegal experience in a litigation-focused legal environment.
- Direct experience handling lemon law matters is required.
- Working knowledge of discovery practice, document production, and civil litigation procedures.
- Ability to assist with motion drafting and preparation of court-related filings.
- Experience organizing large volumes of records with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with case management software and general legal technology tools.
- Strong communication and time-management skills with the ability to support multiple active cases simultaneously.
