Now Hiring: Armed Security Officers
Positions Available:
- Full-Time | Part-Time | Flex
Pay Rates:
- Armed Officer with Guaranteed Full-Time or Part-Time Hours: $20.50-$21.00 per hour
- Armed Flex Officer: $22.00 per hour
Available Shifts:
- Day, Swing, and Graveyard shifts available.
- Schedules determined at time of hire.

Minimum Licensing and Permit Requirements:
Applicants must have the following:
- Valid Driver’s License (no violations within the past 3 years)
- Current BSIS Guard Card
- BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit
- BSIS Baton Permit
- Pepper Spray Certification
- CPR or First Aid Certification
- Must own personal firearm and duty gear
- Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous patrol security experience
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of assigned properties
- Monitor for unauthorized activity and safety hazards
- Complete Daily Activity and Incident Reports using a mobile device
- Maintain professional communication with clients, colleagues, and the public
- Respond to emergency situations including medical, fire, and property incidents
- Maintain consistent attendance, professional appearance, and performance
