We are looking for a strong, dependable leader to join our growing team as a General Manager at our family-owned coffee shop.

Responsibilities Include:
- Lead all aspects of store operations, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
- Foster a positive team environment through strong communication skills, leadership, and employee motivation strategies.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while providing ongoing training and development to enhance employee performance.
- Manage cash handling.
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
- Oversee merchandising and promotional activities to maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist in staff scheduling, shift management, and employee orientation to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Implement effective inventory management practices including stock replenishment, inventory control, and POS (Point of Sale) system oversight.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- A self-motivated, team-first mindset
- Coffee/food service experience is a plus, but willingness to learn matters most
