Our Mobile Service Technician will deliver expert irrigation maintenance and repair, troubleshoot complex system issues, communicate solutions clearly with clients, and provide efficient, high-quality service in the field.

What You’ll Do:
- Dispatch from home and efficiently complete scheduled irrigation service routes
- Perform spring activations, winterizations, mid-season inspections, and advanced irrigation maintenance
- Diagnose, repair, and replace controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, mainline, lateral piping, and other irrigation components
- Evaluate system performance and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and water savings
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, clearly communicating system status, repairs, and recommendations
- Gather and document accurate information for irrigation bids, service recommendations, and required reporting
- Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked service vehicle and properly care for company tools, equipment, and technology
- Support daily service operations while ensuring all work meets Mist’er Rain quality and safety standards
What We’re Looking for (Requirements):
- 3+ years of irrigation service experience
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, components, troubleshooting, and manufacturer apps/mobile technology
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients and team members
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
