WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Square1 Distribution & Logistics is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing fulfillment team in Springfield, MO. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time. Responsibilities include:
- Picking customer orders using handheld scanning devices and warehouse technology
- Packing and preparing small parcel shipments for delivery
- Verifying order accuracy and quality before shipment
- Restocking inventory and replenishing pick locations
- Assisting with kit assembly and special projects
- Supporting general warehouse operations as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Positive, energetic, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working with basic computer systems and handheld scanners
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, safety-minded, and consistent in attendance
- Open to learning new warehouse skills (training provided)
Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule
- Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Some overtime may be offered occasionally, but this is not a mandatory overtime position.
