What You’ll Do

Make high-volume outbound calls and respond to inbound leads
- Set quality appointments with prospective customers

Document interactions and follow up with customers

Maintain a professional, positive presence while helping improve communication strategies

Greet showroom guests, and guide them towards the right sales or service team member
What You Bring

BDC or call center experience required

Comfortable using a CRM

Clear communication, organization, and basic computer skills
