What you will bring to this role:
- At least 2 years of experience in supervising production teams in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling production activities and supervising the production process.
- Ensuring the quality and quantity of the products meet the specifications and standards.
- Managing the inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment.
- Coordinating with other departments such as engineering, quality control, logistics, and maintenance.
- Training, motivating, and evaluating the performance of the production staff.
- Implementing and enforcing safety rules and regulations in the production area.
- Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that may arise in the production process.
- Preparing and maintaining production reports and records.
