Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Culinary Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management and food service, with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. This role involves managing both the kitchen and bar areas, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and inventory control.
Duties
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including kitchen management and bar services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food preparation and service areas.
- Manage inventory control processes to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop innovative menus that meet customer preferences.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance to ensure high-quality service standards.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and sales tracking.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor financial performance of the food and beverage department, implementing strategies for improvement as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in food management within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, bar management, and inventory control practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
