The Cashier role is to ensure the guests are greeted with warmth, and cash out guests checks. The Cashier must be engaging and genuinely interested in the guest experience, leaving guests wanting to return!
Cashier Requirements & Qualifications:
Greets and welcomes guests, inviting them back as they leave.
Works well in a team environment and independently.
Dependable, punctual, motivated, reliable transportation.
Basic math skills, works well under pressure.
Reliable, flexible work schedule: weekdays, weekends, holidays.
Able to take direction, multi-tasking, organizational skills.
Ability to stand, bend reach and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
Professional appearance, positive attitude.
Good conversational skills with an outgoing personality.
Desire to grow and learn within the restaurant and hospitality industry.
High school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
Restaurant/retail experience preferred.
