Ready Set Grow is looking for a dedicated and energetic Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in our Morganville clinic for after-school and Saturday hours.
This role is ideal for a therapist who loves working with children and is looking for flexible, part-time hours in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
About the Role
- Provide individualized, play-based physical therapy to children with a range of developmental needs
- Address areas such as:
- Gross motor development
- Strength and coordination
- Balance and mobility
- Motor planning
- Create engaging, functional treatment sessions that motivate and support each child
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and families
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- Pediatric experience preferred (new grads with strong interest welcome)
- Strong clinical reasoning and creativity in treatment planning
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with children and families
- Reliable with consistent availability for scheduled hours

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
