About the Role
As a Production Quality and Finishing Lead, you will spearhead our efforts to maintain superior manufacturing standards by overseeing testing, finishing, and quality assurance workflows. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of precision within our electro-mechanical assembly environment.
Responsibilities-
Direct daily activities within the finishing and testing departments to ensure production schedules and quality benchmarks are met.

Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.

Analyze quality metrics and performance data to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective corrective actions.

Mentor and coach team members to elevate technical proficiency and ensure consistent adherence to build specifications.

Manage the lifecycle of non-conforming materials, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution.

Coordinate and facilitate internal and third-party audits to maintain high operational standards.

Optimize resource allocation, including tools and equipment, to maximize departmental efficiency.

Champion a safe work environment by enforcing rigorous safety protocols and best practices.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related technical field.

5+ years of professional experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing setting.

Demonstrated expertise in managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and process mapping.

Proficiency in interpreting complex mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Proven ability to utilize data-driven analysis to improve manufacturing outcomes.

Technical familiarity with AMS testing methodologies.

Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.

Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong background in metrics-based quality reporting and documentation.
