Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team in Harrisburg, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of paralegal or personal injury experience who is looking to grow their career in a supportive, fast-paced legal environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and medical providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
- Maintain and organize client files, medical records, correspondence, and case documents.
- Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
- Request, review, and organize medical records and bills.
- Assist with drafting routine correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Track case deadlines, appointments, medical treatment, and important case milestones.
- Assist with preparing settlement demand packages and supporting documentation.
- Conduct basic legal and factual research as requested by attorneys.
- Prepare documents for hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
- Enter and maintain accurate case information in the firm's case management system.
- Provide general administrative and case-management support to attorneys and senior paralegals.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury, civil litigation, or a related practice area.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and outside parties.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
- Familiarity with legal case management software is a plus.
- Paralegal certificate or relevant legal education is preferred but not required.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
