We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers flexible scheduling while helping residents improve independence and daily function.
Position Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist

Assist residents with ADLs, upper extremity function, balance, coordination, and functional mobility

Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising OT

Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the therapy team

Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff

Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

Active New Hampshire COTA license required
