Our agency is a growing 3rd-party logistics (3PL) company looking for our next great inside sales rep. We’re small now, but we’re scaling fast — which means you won’t be lost in a 200-person sales floor. You’ll have direct access to leadership, real input on how we build our sales process, and uncapped earning potential as you grow your book of business from day one. What You’ll Do
- Cold call and prospect potential shipper customers daily
- Build and manage your own book of business — every account you land is yours
- Negotiate rates and close freight deals with shippers
- Work with our carrier network to source capacity for your customers
- Learn the freight brokerage business from the ground up — modes, lanes, rate negotiation, carrier vetting
- Hit daily activity targets (calls, quotes) that translate directly into revenue and commission
What We’re Looking For
- No logistics experience required — we’ll train you
- A competitive background
- Comfortable with high call volume and rejection — this is an activity-driven role
- Coachable, accountable, and motivated by uncapped commission
- Strong verbal communication and a genuine “figure it out” attitude
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if you can show us grit and drive
