Toast to Toast is seeking a dedicated and versatile Cook/Bartender to join our team. This dual-role position requires an individual with a passion for creating delicious meals and providing outstanding beverage service to our guests. Key Responsibilities:
Cook Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Assist in menu planning and food preparation for special events or promotions.

Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies to minimize waste.

Ensure proper storage of ingredients and food items to maintain freshness.
Bartender Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.

Provide a welcoming and engaging experience for guests seated at the bar.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, restocking, and sanitizing workspaces.

Adhere to all alcohol service laws and policies, ensuring responsible service practices.

Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a cook and/or bartender; experience in both roles preferred.

Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and drink-mixing techniques.

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Certification in food handling and alcohol service preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
Physical Requirements:
