Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder to support the fabrication and production of precision medical components. This role is responsible for performing TIG welding and related fabrication tasks, interpreting technical drawings and work instructions, and ensuring finished components meet quality, dimensional, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience with manual machining or fabrication processes, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG Welding of medical components for fabrication and manual machining.
- Perform multiple finishing and grooming functions including Bead blast, Red and Grey Wheel, Satin/Matte Finishing, Dremel, Filing, and Bader Sander.
- Detects and reports discrepancies or questionable conditions to the Department Supervisor.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Assists with training of new team members and other operators.
- Adhere to company safety requirements.
- Assure that assigned activities are performed in accordance with Seabrook Quality System procedures.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 2 years welding experience
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- TIG welding certification.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experienced in use of caliper, micrometer, and hand gauges for dimensional inspection.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Exceptional hand/eye coordination.
- Must have vision acuity of 20/30 or better in either eye and shall be able to read the Jaeger No.2 Eye Chart at 16 in. Natural or corrected vision may be used to achieve eye test requirements.

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
