Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Specialist is responsible for generating new business opportunities, marketing Unshakable Builders' residential and commercial construction services, promoting available custom homes, and representing the company at community events. This position is responsible for cultivating relationships with prospective homeowners, REALTORS® serving as the primary sales representative for the company's custom homes, spec homes, and commercial spaces.
This position requires an energetic, self-motivated professional who is passionate about sales, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction through contract execution.

- Employment Status: Full-Time
- Reports To: Director of Operations
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends as business needs require.
- Weekend Availability: Required for home showings, open houses, community events, and marketing functions.
Primary Responsibilities
Generate qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing campaigns, community outreach, and, lenders, and industry professionals.
Represent Unshakable Builders by conducting model home tours, private showings, and open houses for prospective buyers while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Promote the company's custom home program, available inventory homes, commercial development spaces, and construction services through strategic marketing initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process by conducting follow-up calls, scheduling consultations, and maintaining accurate records within the company's CRM system.
Coordinate with the Construction, Selections, and Project Management teams to ensure prospective buyers receive accurate information regarding home plans, pricing, specifications, timelines, and available upgrades.
Assist with preparing sales proposals, purchase agreements, construction contracts, and related documentation while ensuring compliance with company procedures and North Carolina Real Estate Commission requirements.
Create and manage marketing content for social media platforms, company websites, email campaigns, brochures, newsletters, and community events to strengthen the Unshakable Builders brand.
Monitor local housing market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback, providing recommendations to leadership to improve sales performance and market positioning.
Represent Unshakable Builders at home shows, chamber events, networking functions, community festivals, and other promotional events designed to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Maintain regular communication with prospective buyers from initial inquiry through contract execution while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Real Estate Broker License required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in residential real estate sales, new home sales, construction sales, or related field preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of residential construction and the custom home building process preferred.
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License and reliable transportation.
