Stella Environmental Services is seeking an experienced Division Manager to lead operations, safety, and performance across multiple sites within the division. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with experience managing teams, budgets, and logistics in a fast-paced environment such as waste management, transportation, environmental services, or logistics.

What You’ll Do
As Division Manager, you will oversee daily operations and lead division teams to meet operational, financial, and safety goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage site managers, supervisors, and operational teams across the division
- Oversee daily operations and service delivery performance
- Manage division budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to improve results
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners
- Resolve operational challenges to minimize service disruptions
- Conduct regular site visits to support teams and monitor operations
- Lead training and workforce development initiatives
- Provide regular reporting and updates to executive leadership
Leadership Responsibilities
- Supervise site managers, supervisors, and operational staff
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations
- Support hiring, staffing, and workforce planning in partnership with HR
- Ensure teams follow company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures

Preferred Industry Experience
Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly desirable:
- Waste management
- Environmental services
- Transportation or trucking
- Logistics and fleet operations
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
- 7–10 years of operations management experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams
- Proven track record of improving operational performance and managing large teams
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at a desk and computer for extended periods
- Regular travel to operational facilities and division sites
- Ability to walk and stand during site inspections in industrial environments
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
