Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license required
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish essential for effective communication
- Experience in school-based, home health, or broader healthcare OT settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions to students in both K–12 and K–3 populations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs and goals
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Document services, progress, and outcomes in accordance with established school policies and regulatory guidelines
- Adapt therapy approaches to best support students in inclusive classroom and school environments
