Position Details:
- Operate and ensure proper functioning of CNC machines.
- Set up machines for operation and conduct quality inspections.
- Read blueprints and assemble parts using handheld tools (e.g., screwdrivers and pliers).
- Inspect precision parts and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy.
- Perform machine maintenance and ensure cleanliness and safety of the machine and surrounding work area.
- Deburr parts to meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined with a strong aptitude for machine operations.
- Familiarity with Piranha equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work with a variety of materials, tooling, and machine operations.
- Skilled in interpreting complex blueprints.
- Knowledge of geometric and trigonometric principles.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Possess prior CNC Machining experience for Machine Operator positions.
