We are looking for a 2nd year Apprentice with some experience and a good foundational knowledge of residential wiring. If you are a CO registered apprentice with a competent skillset, can follow instructions, work on tasks under light supervision, and perform consistently, we would like to invite you to become the next member of our New Construction team.
Core Responsibilities
· Be a proactive student with an appetite to learn your trade
· Ask questions, get involved, pay attention, take detailed notes, follow instructions, and learn
· Maintain close communication with Crew Lead
· Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
· Set up the jobsite for the crew, get ladders and equipment off the trucks, stage parts and components, charge the batteries, turn on power supplies
· Be on time, ready to work, tools ready
· Work hard and prove your work ethic to the team
· Take initiative and look for the next task
· Install branch circuits, run wire, install electrical boxes, wire in devices
· Own all tasks that are asked of you on a day-to-day basis
· General layout and independently running tasks
· Basic understanding of electrical/construction blueprints
· Assisting in quality assurance and code compliance of job
· Company vehicle stock and management
Qualifications
· US work authorization (Required)
· Valid driver’s license
· Clean MVR
· Reliable transportation to the jobsite
· Pass background check
· Must be able to climb ladders, work at heights
· Able to lift and carry 50 lbs
· Good communication skills
· Professional and courteous
· Punctual and hardworking
· Coachable
· Has the ability to take detailed notes and follow instructions

· Basic understanding of NEC
· Basic understanding of construction workflow
· Colorado Electrical APE License Number
· Minimum 1 year, 2000 hours with supporting documentation
· Actively studying for RW licensing
Nice to have but not required
· CPR and/or first aid
· OSHA 10-hour Construction card
· Any other qualifications or certifications that are useful to the construction trades
