Join Our Team as a Porter at Waterfront Apartments!
Looking for a hands-on role where you can take pride in creating a welcoming community? Morgan Properties is seeking a Porter to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of Waterfront Apartments, a 235-unit community.
What You'll Do:
- Keep the community grounds clean, attractive, and resident-ready
- Prepare apartments for new move-ins
- Remove trash and maintain common areas, sidewalks, and amenity spaces
- Assist with landscaping, light maintenance tasks, and make-ready support
- Help maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop
- Support the team wherever needed to ensure an exceptional resident experience
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, treats residents and teammates with respect, and enjoys being part of a diverse team that works together to keep the community looking its best.
What We Offer:
- $16.00–$18.00 per hour

What You'll Need:
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Availability for weather-related and property emergencies
- Previous cleaning, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience is helpful, but we're willing to train someone with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
