KOZAKH is a family-owned jewelry studio in Tampa. For 15 years we’ve handcrafted demi-fine jewelry that ships to customers all over the world. Our office is small, calm, and detail-focused, and we take pride in getting every order right.
We’re looking for a Jewelry Inventory & Quality Control Assistant to work alongside our inventory manager. Day to day, you’ll count and quality-check tiny jewelry parts — gemstones, findings, chains, and packaging materials — pack customer orders for shipment, and help keep our inventory accurate and organized. This is careful, hands-on, repetitive work done at a table in a quiet office. If you take real satisfaction in doing small things precisely, and find that kind of steady routine calming rather than boring, you’ll feel right at home here.
A quick, honest picture: this is a small jewelry studio, not a large warehouse. There are no forklifts, pallet jacks, or heavy machinery. The work is detailed and close-up, the parts are very small, and the pace is steady rather than frantic. The people who love this job are the ones who enjoy focus, order, and a calm workday.
What you’ll do
- Count and quality-check small jewelry components — gemstones, findings, chains, and packaging materials
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment, accurately and neatly
- Help receive incoming shipments: count items, check them against packing slips, and flag anything that looks off
- Keep inventory organized, labeled, and easy to find
- Assist the inventory manager with whatever the day needs

- A sharp eye for detail and good close-up focus (you’ll be handling very small parts all day)

Nice to have (not required)
- Hands-on experience with detailed, careful work — jewelry, beading, crafts, sewing, electronics assembly, lab or sample handling, or similar
- Comfortable occasionally lifting boxes of packaging materials (up to about 25 lbs)
