The Role
The Junior Sous Chef is the "Rising Leader." This is a transitional role for our most talented Lead Line Cooks who are ready to step into management. You are responsible for maintaining the standards of the line while beginning to take on the administrative and leadership responsibilities of a Sous Chef.
What You’ll Own

Station & Service: Act as a "swing" cook who can master any station on the line, while also beginning to learn how to manage the "Pass."

Prep Oversight: Assist in managing the prep team, ensuring that recipes are followed and stations are stocked.

Quality Control: Help the Sous Chefs audit station setups and taste components daily to ensure consistency.

Opening/Closing: Take ownership of opening or closing duties, ensuring the kitchen starts and ends the day in perfect condition.
