Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receiver to join our team! This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by properly receiving, sorting, returning, and reporting on incoming equipment and packages. You will provide the necessary support to ensure accurate and timely receipt and movement of equipment. Candidates must have the ability to communicate with all levels of employees and customers and have a keen eye for detail. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inbound by running FedEx, UPS, and other carrier inbound reports and distribute reports or provide updates as necessary at daily production meeting.
- Receive all incoming items and coordinate movement of freight to Warehouse, Production or Shipping.
- Categorize receipts into project versus company owned.
- Count and verify items quantities and part numbers.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure high priority hardware flows seamlessly through internal processes.
- Research open orders and serial number issues.
- Audit and document product inventory levels routinely.
- Use DSO and Microsoft Dynamics to audit and reconcile product and inventory discrepancies.
- Assist inventory and repair as time allows.
- Participate in annual scheduled audits as requested.
- Back-up system part number maintenance as needed.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years prior warehouse experience performing receiving, inventory handling, and stocking.
- Demonstrated experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment preferred.
- Basic computer skills
- Must possess a high degree of organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to met deadlines with strong follow-up skills and problem resolution.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, adjust to changing workflow and workload accordingly.
- Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, and dependable.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information (both in written and oral form) clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience.
- Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations.
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Must be able to read, write and speak effectively in English.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.50 per hour
