Petersen P&D INC is a contracted service for FedEx Ground out of the Norfolk, NE station. We take pride in the culture of our team. We are looking for the right individual to fit that culture. We guarantee a minimum of $36,500/year but new drivers on an entry level route typically make $40,000-$45,000/year.
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
- Valid driver’s license (CDL NOT REQUIRED)
- Ability to operate commercial vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good driving record with little to no traffic violations
- High school diploma
- At least 21 years of age
- Pass a required drug screening
- Clear a background screening
- Pass a DOT physical
- All employees are processed through E-Verify
- Work well with others as well as by yourself

Scheduling:
- Monday through Friday
- Occassional Saturday through revolving process with all drivers (Overtime rate)
- 6:30am start time and finish upon completion of route (Usually 2-4pm)
