Bilingual Warehouse Operations Associate
Location: Delray Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $16.25 per hour

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Bilingual Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Load and unload shipments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Support daily warehouse operations as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, picking, and packing
- Experience operating pallet jacks
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout an entire workday
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience
- Experience with inventory control systems or warehouse scanners
- Experience in order fulfillment and logistics operations
