Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and staff coordination
- Supervise and train team members on food handling, customer service, POS systems (TOAST POS), and safety protocols
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes across all departments
- Support shift management by coordinating schedules, supervising staff performance, and resolving operational issues promptly
- Lead staff training & development initiatives to enhance culinary skills, customer service excellence, and team cohesion
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management, assistant manager, or shift lead roles within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
- Familiarity with POS; experience with cash handling and inventory control is essential
- Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on team management, training & development, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards, hospitality practices, and food industry regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and foster a positive team environment
