Salary: $410,000 – $450,000 per year (depending on experience)
Coast Injury Medicine is a growing multidisciplinary medical group focused on helping patients recover from motor vehicle accident (MVA) injuries, including traumatic brain injuries and post-concussive conditions. With multiple locations across Washington State, our clinics provide coordinated care through advanced diagnostics, rehabilitation, and compassionate medical treatment.
We are seeking a Neurologist to join our team and play a key role in evaluating and managing patients experiencing traumatic brain injury (TBI), post-concussive syndrome, and other neurological conditions related to trauma.
This position offers flexibility, including hybrid and remote work options, while collaborating with a strong in-house team of medical and rehabilitation providers.

Whiplash Treatment
Relief from neck pain and stiffness caused by whiplash and other soft tissue injuries.
Concussion and TBI Testing
Specialized evaluations to detect and treat traumatic brain injuries resulting from car accidents.
Back and Spine Care
Treatment for spinal injuries including herniated discs and other long-term spine conditions.
Regenerative Medicine
Innovative treatments such as PRP injections and other regenerative therapies to accelerate healing and recovery.
MRI Scans
Advanced diagnostic imaging to identify injuries that may not be visible through other examinations.
Collaborative Care
A team-based approach that ensures patients receive comprehensive care from trusted healthcare providers across multiple specialties.
Role of the Neurologist
The neurologist will provide medical leadership in diagnosing and managing neurological conditions related to trauma.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct neurological consultations and evaluations
- Diagnose and manage traumatic brain injury and post-concussive syndrome
- Review and interpret neurological testing results
- Provide medication management when appropriate
- Provide oversight of rehabilitation treatment plans
- Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech therapy, and behavioral health teams
- Support documentation for complex injury cases
This role focuses primarily on:

Multidisciplinary Treatment Model
Salary:
$310,000 – $350,000 per year (depending on experience)
