Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities management team at Fountain Lake . This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of industrial maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our manufacturing and industrial sites. As a key leader, you will drive maintenance excellence through proactive management, technical expertise, and effective supervision, fostering a safe and efficient environment for all team members. Your leadership will ensure that maintenance activities align with operational goals, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Duties
- Supervise daily maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and low/high voltage systems.
- Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime and lifecycle.
- Lead a team of technicians by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of work quality and safety compliance.
- Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate projects involving industrial maintenance upgrades or installations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Monitor the use of tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to evaluate electrical systems’ health.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and continuous improvement purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in troubleshooting complex machinery and systems.
- Hands-on electrical experience including working with low voltage and high voltage systems safely.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics, and industrial automation controls.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and maintenance planning.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and safety regulations related to industrial maintenance.
- Excellent leadership skills combined with effective project management capabilities.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills to coordinate across teams effectively.
