Job Summary
Vista Community Association Management is experiencing rapid growth and is currently seeking an individual to join our A/P team. We specialize in providing full management services to homeowner associations.
Position: Administrative Clerk (Entry-Level)
Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing.
- Check Processing.
- Vendor Set up.
- Association Insurance.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- Previous administrative or call center experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), and basic computer literacy.
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and commitment to professional customer service.
- Patience and strong communication skills when assisting vendors.
