What You’ll Do
Lead and Inspire Leaders — Coach and mentor General Managers and restaurant teams to create high-performing, engaged, and customer-focused units
Drive Business Success — Oversee financial performance, labor, and inventory across multiple locations, using data to guide strategic decisions
Deliver Operational Excellence — Ensure each restaurant maintains brand standards, including food quality, cleanliness, service, and safety
Develop Talent — Hire, train, and grow top leaders, creating clear career paths and succession plans
Support & Solve — Provide guidance to your restaurant teams, addressing challenges and ensuring KPIs and goals are met
Multi-Unit Oversight — Manage a designated district of Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring consistent performance, compliance, and alignment with our culture
Qualifications
Who You Are

Flexible & Committed — Willing to work a 50-hour week including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Experienced — Minimum 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
