Job Summary
Row House Flower Mound is currently seeking an energetic, sales motivated individual who is fitness minded and has a love for community, and our brand! As Front Desk Concierge, you will serve as the welcoming face of our studio. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, assist the studio with new membership sales and membership retention. Fitness knowledge or background is plus but not required.
Row House is a boutique rowing concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in less than one hour. It distinguishes itself from other group fitness concepts built on insecurity and competition by creating an environment that raises everyone up so they come together, rowing on the same rhythm, with the same flow and energy.
Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including answering inquiries, scheduling bookings, confirming bookings and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
- Answer phone with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette and providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately.
- Assist with social media posting
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
- Ensure studio is clean and tidy
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Previous office or front desk experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with clerical duties and customer service.
- Excellent sales and communication skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have strong computer skills
