American Sprinkler & Landscape is a growing, locally owned company serving Spokane and the surrounding areas. We specialize in irrigation, landscaping, hardscaping, and outdoor construction projects that transform properties and exceed customer expectations.
We're looking for an experienced Landscape & Irrigation Foreman who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, and wants to be part of a company where performance is recognized and rewarded.

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage landscape and irrigation installation crews
- Coordinate daily project activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Complete residential and commercial irrigation installations
- Install pavers, retaining walls, planting beds, sod, landscape features, and other outdoor improvements
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the project
- Maintain accurate project records including labor, materials, and job notes
- Ensure projects meet company quality and safety standards
- Train and mentor crew members
Qualifications
- Experience leading landscape and/or irrigation installation crews
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, hardscape construction, and landscape installation
- Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to tow and operate trucks with trailers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation includes competitive hourly pay of $30-$35 per hour DOE plus performance-based bonus opportunities tied to productivity, quality, leadership, and project success.
