We're looking for an energetic, organized, and compassionate Oral Surgery Administrative Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our surgical practice! In this vital front-office role, you'll coordinate patient care from the initial consultation through post-operative follow-up by scheduling appointments and surgical procedures, verifying insurance benefits, obtaining prior authorizations, presenting treatment estimates, and managing patient communications with professionalism and empathy. You'll play a key role in creating a seamless, supportive experience for every patient while ensuring the surgical schedule and front office operations run efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, previous medical or dental office experience, and outstanding communication and customer service skills.
