Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role offers flexible scheduling while helping residents improve daily function and independence.
Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision

Assist residents with self-care, mobility, and therapeutic activities

Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the OT

Maintain accurate treatment documentation
Qualifications:

Active COTA license required

Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
