We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher with 5–10 years of concrete construction experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to lead a crew while working hands-on in all phases of concrete work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete finishing, including screeding, floating, edging, and broom finishing
- Assist with concrete formwork, layout, and job site setup
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Lead and supervise crew members to ensure quality workmanship and productivity
- Coordinate daily tasks and maintain safe work practices
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to company standards
- Operate hand and power tools related to concrete construction
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of concrete finishing experience
- Experience with concrete forming and site preparation
- Proven leadership and crew management abilities
- Ability to read construction drawings and grades is preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Valid Chauffeur's License preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
