PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (PA) or NURSE PRACTITIONER (NP) HAIR RESTORATION & CLINICAL MANAGER
Georgia Hair Restoration, a premier hair restoration practice with over 45 years of experience, is seeking an exceptional Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated provider interested in developing specialized expertise in surgical hair restoration while serving in a clinical leadership role. Previous hair restoration experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners with strong consultation and sales experience are encouraged to apply. Position Overview:
This is a hands-on role involving Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) hair restoration procedures, patient consultations, surgical planning, and clinical management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, meticulous in technique, highly organized, and eager to learn advanced hair restoration procedures.
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
- Highly responsible, dependable, and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a surgical setting
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Hair restoration experience is preferred but not required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and medical histories
- Perform pre-operative assessments and patient education
- Assist with patient consultations and treatment planning
- Perform FUE hair restoration procedures, including graft extraction, graft dissection and preservation, site creation, and graft implantation
- Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
- Maintain sterile surgical techniques and operating standards
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide post-operative follow-up care
- Assist in overseeing daily clinical operations
- Train and support clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards
- Maintain inventory and surgical supplies
- Support quality assurance and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to support practice growth and development

Reports directly to the Clinical Director and Practice Leadership Team.

Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
