Cafe Team Member / Barista – Salty Sisters Cafe
Pay: $15–$17 per hour + tips (based on experience)

Salty Sisters Cafe is a fast-paced, community-focused cafe serving exceptional coffee, smoothies, and fresh food in a welcoming environment. We are looking for dependable, energetic team members who enjoy hospitality and take pride in delivering great customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare smoothies, coffee drinks, espresso beverages, and other cafe menu items
- Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Deliver food and beverages to tables
- Bus, clean, and reset tables throughout service
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
- Stock supplies and keep workstations organized
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
- Support teammates and help maintain smooth cafe operations during busy shifts
Requirements
- Restaurant or cafe experience required
- Experience making coffee drinks and/or smoothies preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
