American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting, working 12-hour day shifts with Point Click Care charting.

Charting performed in Point Click Care (PCC)

12-hour day shifts

Weekend rotation every 3rd weekend

Holiday rotation every 3rd holiday

Work week runs Sunday through Saturday

No on-call or call-back shifts available

Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable; must be active and non-pending at time of consideration

Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required — no exceptions

Current BLS certification required; copies of active certifications required (pending certifications not accepted)

LTC/SNF experience required

2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Valid driver's license required

Nursys verification required

Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and are eligible at an adjusted rate

Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are accepted but will be placed at a local pay rate

Holiday coverage required on a rotating every-3rd-holiday basis

14-day notice is required prior to ending the assignment
